Terms of Service

1. Nature of Service

This is a Peer-to-Peer (P2P) communication tool. We do not operate as a traditional service provider with central servers. We provide the client-side interface that allows your browser to connect directly to another user's browser via the PeerJS library and WebRTC protocol.

2. No Data Storage

Because we use P2P technology:

• We never store your messages, files, or voice data.
• We do not have user accounts, databases, or logs.
• Data exists only in the volatile memory of your device during an active session.

3. Security Disclaimer

While we implement AES-GCM 256 encryption, users are responsible for the strength of their Room Passwords. We are not liable for unauthorized access resulting from shared or weak credentials.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use this tool for any illegal activities. Since we do not monitor or log traffic, we cannot recover data or intervene in sessions. Users communicate at their own risk.
